Summary

	"We can hardly leave the village without running into Flesh Raiders. There's not a scout in Kalikori without a blaster burn or two." - Taronthe Ghon, Pilgrim This event was the beginning of the uprising of the native Flesh Raiders on the planet Tython shortly before the end of the Cold War. The Flesh Raiders were formerly content to live in their primitive, bone-strewn camps in the hills, but the expansion of the Jedi Order and the Twi'lek Pilgrims seemed to have drawn the Flesh Raiders into the valleys, and they began to attack both neighbors in an organized manner, using modern weapons instead of clubs and axes. The raiders began attacking the patrols of Twi'lek pilgrims, and during one the attacks near the Kalikori village that happened the day before the attack on Jedi outpost at the Gnarls, the raiders killed Poronth Ghon. The raiders captured and killed many of the Pilgrim warriors and hunters - including husband of Bahlea, but one of them escaped and told the villagers what he had learned - that the raiders used a special elixir that made the raiders powerful but completely insane. During one of the attacks, the wife of a Pilgrim named Saylew was killed before the villagers could drive the Flesh Raiders away. During one of the raids on the Kalikori village which happened a week before the raiders attacked Gnarls outpost, a Force-sensitive Flesh Raider named Fashk abducted a young Twi'lek named Viyo Kobbeth to use as an interpreter.
